If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. This company is absolutely terrible and I'm disgusted at the fact that they remain in business. I had a package sit less than 2 hours away from my house for 10 days. Currently I have package that was supposed to be delivered on November 21st, it wasn't, and imagine there is zero tracking information available for it. Worst transport service ever! My order shipped from a rather large vendor more than three weeks ago, package then sat in the PB warehouse and has now disappeared with no status available for the last 5 days. Literally the system doesn’t know where my package is. Based on the location of the warehouse and my location, it should have reached the postal system days ago. Worst shipping company ever!! How big corporations are still using them is beyond me! Haven’t they lost enough money using them? They seem to “lose” many packages being sent out, never to be seen again. Horrible! Shut them down!

I would give 0 stars if it would allow. I have two packages coming from *********that have shipped yet tracking hardly ever updates. I never received an estimated delivery date. One package departed ********* on the 19th and hasn't updated since. I live 6 hrs away. Last time I was stuck with Pitney Bowes for shipping, it took 3 weeks to receive my package. They are a terrible company to use to ship packages. When they lose a package they tell you to contact the main company as it is not their fault something was lost while in their possession....Um in what way is that not their fault? Where are all the packages going? I ordered a package on 11-1-2020, newgistics received it on 11-4-2020 and it still has not moved from the warehouse in ********I now have another package that was ordered on 11-15-2020, which they received on 11-17-2020 and it hasn't moved, so now I'm worried I am going to lose another one. This is the worst shipping company any business could use. I've waited over 2 weeks for a package and had to contact the company my order is from and have them reship it and requested a different shipping company. The tracking number is useless as they don't update it.

Even before COVID Pitney Bowes is the slowest shipping service. They sat on my order for 2 months. The company I ordered from stopped using them because of all the customer complaints.
