My mail package has been stuck at Pitney Bowes distribution center for 40 days! From what little info I can get from PB indicates that Covid-19 is causing this extreme delay problem. They estimate a 3-6 week delay for delivery, however many customers are reporting items still not received after 4 months as indicated here and the Consumer Affairs website. U**** **** ****** *** *** are all impacted and they too are experiencing delivery delays, but by days, maybe even a week, but not by months! So there are deeper issues as to... read more

I am one of the unlucky people who had their online purchase shipped through Pitney Bowes. This company is a formally operating scam! I had my package shipped from abroad during COVID times and while the package made it across the ocean and cleared US customs in just 1 week, it has been sitting in PB *** ****** Consolidation Center for a month without any updates!!! I reached out to a PB staff person to help my neighbor who ordered a blouse on May 29. PB is not personally handling packages for vendors, they only provide the tracking software. The PB staff person was very kind and helpful. My neighbor's blouse was coming from **** ****and arrived in the US on July 10. it arrived in *******is now in *******, and in process fo* ******** as of July 13. The vendor uses a shipping company which the PB staff person identified to me. Your vendor may or may not be using the same shipping company... read more

Pitney Bowes ROTTEN Company, BAD SERVICE , ONE BIG SCAM! Waiting 50 days and still counting, still no pkg. I had been given all BS excuses by Pitney Bowes reps. Where do PB hired these people to lie? Can consumer file class action lawsuit against PB?...to stop this scammer. I just want my pkg!

I ordered a package from the internet, they shipped it with Pitney Bowes. Every time i check on their website it says expected to deliver today, but from **facility. I'm in ********* the document even shows my address. I have called and spoke with 3 different customer service numbers and they all are not for tracking a package. When you call that number they say they have no customer service reps available. I left voicemail and no returned call.

If there was ZERO stars that's what they would get. High-speed MY ****WORST SHIPPING EVER IN THE HISTORY OF FOREVER. ???????????????? How y'all are still in business is beyond me. Probably because you take the money and loose the package....or just take the package and resell the contents? Either way, customers NEVER receive packages!!! Been sitting in ********* ***** for MONTHS now.... it would have been faster for me to just drive down there and get my package. I have several packages sitting at pitney bowes currently and there has been zero movement for 2 weeks. I canceled a subscription with one company due to this delay and im close to canceling the other bc i do not expect to wait for a month for a package with an expected delivery of 4 to 7 business days. I dont know what the issue is but i do not recommend this company and businesses who utilize pitney bowes will start to lose customers over their inefficiency.

How is it that a customer is completely blocked by a service provider from any interaction with them? I have had a package worth quite a large amount of money in transit for 64 days now. And still haven't received it. Their website blames Covid 19, but any orders I have made that use different shipping companies have came multiple times. They call us every couple months to reorder supplies. When I inform them that we have enough already, they get even more aggressive and try to sell us things that we don't need. These sales reps are very rude and manipulative. I have asked them multiple times to stop calling us for supplies, yet they continue to call.
