Same as everyone else. Shipping service is the worst . 14 days stuck in *** Now 14 days in *** No one is available to contact.

From the outside looking in, this company appears to be commit fraud wherein retailers have chosen to use a sketchy company to ship their items at a cheap cost, Pitney Bowes aka Newgistics receives these packages and steals them to turn a profit. In turn the customers usually contact the retailer for a replacement and the process repeats itself until the customer gets fed up and just wants a refund to escape the situation. I never did receive my package. :( Sadly, you are not able to contact Pitney Bowes/Newgistics directly. I did contact the retailer I had ordered from and unfortunately, my item is no longer available to purchase. I see there are many others that are having this same problem. Going forward I will never place an order with another retailer who is using this company as their freight service. Shame on you Pitney Bowes/Newgistics.

If there was a way to give ZERO stars I would. Item ordered from **** * **** *****arrived at Newgistics facility on 6/7, 14 days ago. Newgistics waited 6 days to even process a tracking number with USPS. SInce 6/13 (14 days total) it has been sitting in a ** warehouse "awaiting USPS." I can't get my money back from the vendor & they say there's nothing they can do. Newgistics FAQs on their website says "Once Newgistics receives your package from the retailer, we will process it and inject it into the USPS network. Your packa... read more

I have had a package stuck in ******* *** *********less than 80 miles from my home, the tracking never updates and the item has never moved. Its 11 days out til i can schedule a refund. I paid 25 dollars for priority shipping from the ** to my home state of **************It took less than a weak to come from overseas. Once it got here and was processed through customs it seems to have gotten lost. It has not been delivered. I would give them less than zero stars if i could. This company does not deserve even one star. They have been in posession of my package since May 18, 2020 and I cannot get in touch with a company rep to find out where it is and why it has not been delivered yet. I have ordered merchandise from ***** *** ***** that arrived within 12 and 10 days respectively, so I do not want to here the delay is because of COVID19.

My package has been in the US since 5/13 and I still have not received it. I have tried contacting the seller for assistance but can’t get any help. The customer service with PB is awful and I can’t get any help there either. According to their tracking it has been sitting 3 hours away from me for almost a week now. I used to think other shippers were bad but this is atrocious. I have opened a claim with the billing company to get my money back.

This is one of the worst logistics shipping companies I have ever encountered. To start, they have had one of my packages en route from ******* ** ************ since June 1 without any progress. Both the shipping business and ****are attempting to contact Pitney Bowes to discover where the package is located. I think Pitney Bowes is a sham. At this point, Pitney Bowes (Newgistics) has been in possession of a package for over six weeks. My package has been from NY to UT back to IN and finally to TX. Some highlights: 11 days NY 18 days at an airport (god knows where) 2 days in UT 1 day in IN 6 days in TX (less than fifteen miles from final destination) Oh, and here's a neat tid-bit...there are two tracking histories available for one number on the PB website.
