I ordered an item in May 2020; I have not yet received this item from "**** ***" and the tracking information shows that the item has been warehoused and sitting in ** with Pitney Bowes for 2 months. I have complained to the company **** *** who report they have been trying to move this item unsuccessfully. Shame on Pitney Bowes. No excuse for this kind of customer service. They should receive no stars rating but that isn't an option

I wish I could leave zero stars. We leased a postage machine from them for many years, and purchased all of our postage through them. Besides being way over priced, compared to our new service, ending the relationship has been a nightmare. I mean this is the EX that will not leave you alone. We are 14 months past when our contract ended and are still arguing invoices. This place needs to be shut down. I ordered a package in May, they received it June 22nd and it still has not arrived at ****. If the merchant sent it to them why do we need to call them about the status. Why is there not a customer service number to get in contact with these people?

They've had my package for 2 weeks. I try to track it and it gives me a different response every time. It's sitting in Las Vegas for 2 weeks or it's being returned since March. I didn't order it until June. They should not be in business screwing people around like they do.

They have two of my packages I ordered from ***, This was over a month ago and have yet to just take them to the post office. They are 1/2 hour away from me in *** *******, and I'd just pick them up if you could find some way of getting in touch with them. I've filed for a refund from ***and now I'm getting the run around from them. From the tracking you can clearly see that Pitney Bowes still has these packages and I've yet to recieve them. How is anyone still doing business with Pitney Bowes anymore?? Scammers.

I ordered a package and the seller sent it to Pitney Bowes and on May 4th my package started on its journey around the US. Started in ********* **, then to ********* **, from there to ****** ********* **and next stop at ********** **, before returning to ********* **. I live in ****and my package flew over my state twice. If I could give them a negative star, I would. My little package has flown more miles than I put on my car in 5 years. The online retail companies that have the slooooooowest shipping usually use Pitney Bowes. From Good American to *********...when you order, don’t expect to receive any time soon. Going on 7 weeks now waiting for my ********* order. In the online retail world, guests can’t have a physical experience, so shipping times becomes one of the touch points that I associate with brands. There are other options out there. Pitney Bowes has had my package since May 16th, It is now July 6th. It was supposed to be delivered to the ****for shipping but has never been delivered to them. I have called PB 4 times and was given 4 different answers but each time was told they couldn't give me any more info than I could see myself! REALLY?!! Their business is shipping and they can't locate a package that's in their own facility? Isn't that their JOB? Totally ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE!!
