This company is absolute garbage. I've been waiting on a shipment from ***** that arrived in the United States to one of their distribution centers on 5/28/20. There have been no updates since June 1st and there's no way to contact any kind of customer support on their site. They have a message displaying that Covid-19 can delay shipment up to 10 days but 3 weeks with no proactive communication is beyond the pale. Do not work with this shipping partner under any circumstance.

Pitney Bowes entire company is a joke! If I could give them a negative star, I would. They don't even deserve 1 star! They will hold packages for a month and when you try to contact them to speak with a live person to find out why they've held your package at the same facility for this long, you can't get a live person. When you finally get a live person, in a totally different dept, they inform you that they have no way tracking anything or giving any reason why something is sitting at their facility. I wish I could give negative stars. My story is the same as everyone else’s. My package just sat in the same distribution center with no update or estimated arrival date. I ordered my items for a specific event which I will now have to miss. This company is a scam.

I am IT director at 500+m company and have 8 sites using PB mail machines. 14 years ago i considered my PB rep and company one of the best. Now, and for the last 7 or so years, they are by far, worst vendor I ever deal with. Any / All customer service is offshore and nearly non-existent. US based Sales personnel (who sell) may try and be helpful, but anything else is nearly impossible to resolve. Sleezy tag-on fees to try and correct. Pitney Bowes shipping SUCKS!! Lost one package in ******** I tried contacting them about the lost package. All I got was a series of phone prompts leading to nothing!!! The last message stated to contact the seller because the seller would be more familiar with the package location. This company can only be a scam. I have multiple packages that are being delivered from them from different companies that have taken over a month and I still have not received them. The worst thing is this is in the United States!! I wish they would just leave my delivery to the ****because I would have been had it by now. The tracking services suck. I bought and item from a seller around April 17th, 2020 (if I had known it was from *****I would not have bought it in the first place). Getting it to the states with the seller's tracking number that it was in *****on May 9th and yet Pitney picked it up on April 29th and has kept it with a USPS tracking number since then but yet at one time the seller's tracking number stated that the package did not land at Customs until May 29th. Working in the world of shipping Pitney Bowes is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only for logistics but in general. They have zero customer service, they don't care about the receiver of the package and care even less about the shipper unless they aren't getting paid anymore, then they try and win your services back, only to be horrible once again.
