I honestly believe my package has been stolen at this point. My package has not mom oved in nearly 13 days they refuse to.speak.to package recipients but only the shipping party... they now have custody of two of my packages I didnt pick them and neither have moved to say I am unhappy is an understatement. They apperntly have a known history of package theft and slow shipping despite promises to send packages. This is simply unacceptable and they shouldnt be allowed to.continue this pratice.
I ordered a product at the beginning of April, it sat in *** **** for two weeks then went to **********and sat there for a week, it's now in *******. I live in *******. I don't think I'm ever going to get this product. Literally the worst shipping company ever.
I signed up for a Pitney Bowes account after looking for a print-postage-at-home option. As part of the promotion that I signed up for I was sent a scale that could be used to weigh envelopes, etc. Once I got into the actual program I realized very quickly that it wasn't going to meet my needs. I tried to cancel their service and they placed me on hold and wouldn't put me through to billing to pay bill and cancel! What a complete scam. Don't ever get a machine from them, you will end up paying for it in the end!
Newgistics has been holding a package of mine hostage for nearly a month. It has not moved! I had no choice who the parcel was shipped through, and I am now out $250!
They suck - I sold an item on ****which was shipped using the Global Shipping Program through the ******** ** office. They lost the package and wouldn't account for the item since I refunded my customer already - Never again will use these jokers.
Absolute Garbage. I had a representative talking to me (Sheila) and she has completely ignored me for 10 days now. You can't track their packages. They don't get scanned in. I have HUNDREDS of irritated customers right now because they're tracking is absolute trash. Customer service is even worse. Don't even think about using this company for your logistics, because if you have a problem - they are NOT there to assist you.
They have a very misleading promotion where they either send a flyer or call a client currently on a basic postage meter rental program. The promotion claims that by switching to their lease program you will be locked into a monthly rate that is just a few dollars more, but will save you from the upcoming increases. Horrible experience with this company. Billing errors and constant late charges even though payments were made three weeks in advance of due date. I would not ever trust this company with automatic payments. i cancelled this account in January and received a statement, $60 dollars of it was in late charges for February and March. The support team didn't show concern about this. I believe there are some compelling reasons to investigate and litigate this company's business practices.
