ZERO STAR *****WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have been a long time customer (10+ years) switched from ******* bc they were horrible as well. The billing dept is awful, call upon call, email after email no help whatsoever!!! I think this is the package tracking is the worst ever they show when the customer shipped the product and nothing else four the last four days total blank! their postage machine must not work! You cannot contact them in anyway using the web site. if I could give them less than one star I would.
We signed an agreement for a new replacement postage machine. The Machine came and we put the new equipment in place. After a month and a half the machine suddenly had an issue with the updating of information from Pitney Bowes. It would not allow us to post any of our mail. There was plenty of postage left on the machine but no access was given. We called tech support and tried to walk through the issue but to no avail. Absolutely garbage placed a Valentine's order on January 25th with a 7 to 15 day shipping its now Valentine's day and my order just reached ******* **. I'm in **with no gift for my wife the first year I can actually surprise her and y'all screw it up. Order sat in ****for 11 days
The refund process for a Pitney Bowes postage machine is ridiculous and time consuming. I called to complain that after I changed my ink cartridge and ran the test pattern as suggested, I had postage that did not print but the funds were reduced from my account. I was told that I would have to fill out a form that they could not provide me and physically take it to my local post office. The post office, at their discretion would decide if I was due a refund. Absolute WORST company ever. I am not even in possession of a postage meter and keep getting invoiced. The unit we had would no longer work since they stopped landline connections so they sent me a new one to try. That one after several wasted hours and phone calls would not work as well so both units had been returned. They sent me a settlement for over $500 because their services wouldn't work. how are they still in business?? They will scam you out of your money and when you try to get a refund the workers (andrew in sales) will cop an attitude and talk to you like hes a gangster or something!! They are not a legit business practice.
Worst company with the absolute WORST customer service in history. A service call is $150 to replace their broken equipment. I can't seem to get a technician out here to even pick up the equipment and install the new postage machine. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I have been trying to change the name of our business for five months. I have emailed and called and online chatted only to be told it's being handled by the "back office" which there is no way to contact and no way to check on a status. I have been emailing a "customer advocate" for over a month with no responses. I can't imagine why it's so hard to change one name of customer or why you would treat people who pay you this way. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
