I was over charged NUMEROUS TIMES. And I have called and chatted online and have not gotten my issue resolved. All I get is closed cases and no refund. I was able to get a local customer service person who will hopefully resolve my issue. BUT WHY DOES IT TAKE SO MANY CALLS TO GET SOMETHING ACCOMPLISHED? Pitney Bowes should be looking at how their over-seas customer service has ruined their reputation and wasted countless hours for something as simple as a refund. Extreme incompetence...
Frustrating experience!! We upgraded to a SendPro meter in 2017 and one year later it broke and we had to get it replaced. I called in the request to replace it and had to follow up with them nearly 10 times over a 3 week period to figure out why we didn't have the new machine yet. The first person I spoke to on a Thursday told me that it would arrive in 2-3 business days (on a Monday). In January 2018, I opened an account with Pitney Bowes, to use their SendPro service to print postage labels for our ****** orders. Upon opening the account, I discover that the SendPro service does not integrate with ******, so the service is useless to me. I immediately set out to close the account. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have had a lease with them for 12 or so years. This year it was ending. I tried to be proactive and tell them I don't want to renew once the lease is up. They asked if I wanted to pay the remaining leases. I said sure and paid them. They were supposed to send a box so I could return the equipment. I never received a box. Instead I received an invoice with a late charge. Our company made a double payment to the same invoice. It took me 3 months until fix someone fixed the problem. Even though in the leasing department our account didn't show a balance, a past due notice would show in our account website, I was transferred to the web dep. then the lady transferred me to the lease department because they had to fix it, I explained that lease dep. transferred me to her, she didn't want to hear what I was explaining, she hang up on me. I was recently approached by **** who asked me to join up and agree to pay a monthly fee. I'm currently trying to wind up my very unhappy relationship with Pitney Bowes, and was more than a little surprised to see PB with an A+ rating. In looking at the reviews on the ****website, there are 102 reviews, and only 3 of them are more than one star. I have never despised a company more than Pitney Bowes. I truly can not express it enough to anyone how absolutely b**** **** and incompetent the entire staff is. I have been dealing with this company for just about 3-4 weeks and I am in complete awe that this company even exists. I signed up for an account with them. After about 45 minutes of going through the features, I realized it wasn't what I needed and called to cancel the "free" trial. I spoke with a woman named Monica who "cancelled" the account for me. I never got an email from her like she said. Next thing I know, I'm being sent a package that I NEVER asked for. Not a fan. Pitney Bowes customer service is very bad -they hide behind automated phone systems, charge excessive amounts for the products and service calls. We have received late charges when we have mailed checks 12 days prior to the due date. Every time I have to call them, my blood pressure goes through the roof. Would not recommend this company although their equipment is very good.
