There customer service is the worst out there they've told us for a week we will have a technician call you within 4 hours & no call. Then we ask for a higher up to talk to then they give us the run around we've called them everyday twice a day. The last manager we talked to hung up on us. i would never lease a machine from this company. We pay them an absurd amount of money a month. They treat you like your nothing. We use this machine for a big part of are business as we have a shipping store where we do *****

Customer Service representatives at initial level was kind, but ultimately not able to provide results. Supervisor Shatki was completely rude and unhelpful, yelled at me because I asked to speak with someone from the fraud department regarding a hold on my account vs just emailing copies of personal info such as credit card and bill statements. I was so completely dismayed at the lack of respect given, I will never do business with them again.

Pitney Bowes' customer service is terrible. They are charging our company a late fee because their system didn't apply the credit card payment until 3 days later. We even have a payment confirmation from their system with the payment date to prove it was paid on time. The charge has been disputed and they still claim it's a legitimate charge. It has also taken them over a month to respond. If you have any other option for postage machine rental, go there instead of Pitney.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Similar to the reviews below. They want a $175 early termination fee on top of paying out the remaining lease on the machine. Too bad for them, I won't be paying anything since this is in one of my company's name which does not ever require credit. I would give this company negative stars if possible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My company was using there mailing machine. The employee that was in charge of the account left the company and i had no information. I contacted them to cancel service and was told i could not cancel my account or mail them there machine back without all his information. Obviously i do not have that. They refused to look it up by the serial number of the machine or the address for the company. Customer service was very rude and not helpful at all. This is by far the worst company to work with. I've been using the Pitney Bowes mail station for 10 years. The mail station itself isn't bad, but it does have errors from time to time, and it's not very user friendly. Mail station aside, Pitney Bowes is absolutely atrocious to work with. I've had nothing but issues every time I call in to PB over the 10 years we've had the mail station. I'm trying to pay the remaining balance off, and send back the mail station, simple right? This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Been a customer over 20 yr. They hound you with emails to update and buy ink. They are deceptive about the lease agreements. We just found out that to get out of our contract we have to pay out the current lease plus another 2 yr lease plus a early buyout but they wont tell you how much the buyout is. Zero stars if possible! They tricked me into renewing for 36 months by making a barrage of phone calls and sending a offer to renew at lower price 5 months before my current lease expired. They made me think that my lease had expired when in fact they were trying to get me to renew before. Now, 3 months before my lease ends and the renewal is to take effect, they will not let me out of the renewal...they say that I would have to BUY my way out or the put me in collections. Do NOT consider doing business with this company. They only care about their $$$ numbers. Their insert machines are WAY OVERPRICED and their customer service SUCKS!!!!! The hold time is ridiculously long and every manager has to consult a higher manager for approval. It's just a circle. I had to deal with the regional manager for a problem.
