I tried calling the customer service line multiple times over a number of days and I got no one. My package has not moved since the beginning of the month. **** know nothing about their packages which seems to be strange. I’m thinking of contacting the authorities since this mailing service is fraudulent.
I honestly can’t believe that this company is still in business. Even during this difficult time ***** *** ***are able to provide up-to-date tracking information as well as good customer service. No idea how this company is accredited with the BBB. When trying to track down my package I discovered calling their customer service number will now allow you to speak with a person. Ever. My package shipped from *****on April 27th and Pitney Bowes is the last person to have it. No updates since May 8th. Where is the 100 bucks I spent? I can't even find someone to ******* ask! Horrible company. Will never allow my packages to willingly be shipped with this company ever again.
I came here assuming my story would be unique, but it seems like everyone else here has the same story. Ordered package weeks ago from a warehouse about 400 miles from my home. ******says I could walk there in 6 days, yet after several weeks I have no package and no update on the status.
I have the same experience as everyone else with this company. I ordered a product online on 4/22/20 and Newgistics (aka Pitney Bowes) and according to the tracking number, it has been shipped all over the US. The last update was that it departed Pitney Bowes Facility in ********** **on 4/30/20. I still don't have it! There appears to be no way to contact anyone to get an update or find my package. I didn't know of this company till a 3rd party seller I purchased from used this company. I had to search and search deep since they give false information and log any tracking information as if it's a ghost company shows as if package is lost. My package said still awaiting for item with ****from Newgistics after May 15th it showed Pitney Bowes which newgistics is also Pitney Bowes. Terrible. Seem to have the same issue as everyone else, where a package reaches their facility and then just does not move. My package has been sitting at their facility for over two weeks and hasn't moved. And this is not due to COVID-19 because looking back at reviews from months ago, people were already having the same issue. I probably won't end up actually getting the package because it's probably been lost by the company or stolen by an employee. Shipped a package by Newgistics (Pitney Bowes subsidiary). It has been a month and still package has not arrived! It was tracked to the city of the receiving address - AND THEN SHIPPED TO ANOTHER STATE???!!!! They are impossible to contact for help. I have been very patient with shipping and items recently due to COVID. However, I have had a package in transit in the us since May 2. I ordered this product on April 6.
