I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a package that was shipped April 4th and its now May 22 and I still have no package. It sat in ********** for 3 weeks and then disappeared a while and now has been sitting in a city about an hour away for the last 17 days. The company Newgistics is trash. My product has been in transit without a single update since April 27th! I have yet to be given any sort of estimate of when to expect my package, or indication that it hasnt been lost or stolen by this company or one of their workers. I feel bad after reading the reviews because I was getting very frustrated and feeling like I was being scammed with the seller I ordered from. My package has apparently been "picked up" since April 29th, and now it's...where? I live 5 hours away. What in the hell are you guys doing over there? Taking the packages on a cross country tour? Pandemic blah blah blah. Yeah sure. BUT THREE WEEKS? My other package from overseas got here in a WEEK! I don't understand how you guys are still in business, because I have yet to see a positive review about y'all anywhere.
Worst shipping company ever. Package was sent over two weeks ago. Was supposed to be here by 5/5 or 5/6. The 6th rolled around and it was 4 hours away in *****, then it updates at the end of the day and said it departed *****. The new delivery window was 5/8-5/11. 6 days later after ZERO updates it finally updated and said it went to I******! Why in the world? This company should be closed ...they do not deliver what they claim.i have been waiting 3 weeks for a product that i ordered. it has sat for days on end at various locations....
I ordered several items from w********** and the sellers choose to use this company as the carrier but shows me a USPS tracking number and info on the *******site I noticed my package approached the dilevery date and was still setting at ********** where it had been for ten days and not moved I called everyone from ****to *******to the seller and reach out to ********** but no response from them my package is still sitting.
My package is in the city I reside in and has been there since the 1st of May. Why is my package being held hostage??? These were Mother's Day gifts!!! What a way to mess that up! Ughhhh
I ordered a product not knowing that it was coming from outside the US. It made it to ********* **on April 20, 2020. **********retrieved the package and it has still not been handed off to the USPS, today is May 7, 2020. I understand that shipping can be delayed due to COVID-19, but this is ridiculous. I have been shipping and receiving orders from other carriers with no problem, but this company is horrible!!
