Horrible company they should be shut down and not allowed to operate. I ordered an item from a company that uses Pitney Bowes as a third party carrier. I ordered my item may 28th 2020 and never received it. I contacted Pitney Bowes and got the run around and they told me to contact the company I ordered from. The rep was rude and after she found out I was a residential customer she sent me a generic automated message about how COVID19 slowed shipping. I have waited over a month for a package to be shipped from them and am still waiting. The package has been sitting in the same spot the entire time and has not moved one time. They are a joke and should not be in the shipping business. I cannot believe they have an A+ rating score on here when every review has given them 1 star and I wouldn't have even given them that. If I could give them zero stars I would. This company takes your packages, which are supposed to be delivered in 2 days, and "loses" them. My package disappeared into their ****** ********* **facility for weeks. Now suddenly, it is missing. I contacted the company I purchased from and insisted they ship through a different carrier. We had a package shipped from ** ** ** with a ship date of 5/18. It is now 6/6 and we have yet to receive the package. When we view the tracking details we see the package sitting in each distribution center along the way for 4-5 days a piece. How can logistics be so terrible that the package just stays in one location for days upon days. Pitney Bowes Shipping is a scam operation. Packages are swallowed up into oblivion in their system. Tracking just stops somewhere mid shipment and the package is never seen again. ZERO customer service. Phone numbers for reaching any kind of help do not exist. You can search for hours trying to find a phone number to call. When you do find company phone numbers...NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. The packages are handed off to multiple carriers during shipment and Pitney Bowes never identifies who the carriers are. I supposed it's all been said at this point but I'll say it anyway. Pitney Bowes is hands down the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It's amazing how a large company can exist being so crooked and dysfunctional.
My complaint is the same as the rest of them. Terrible logistics company. Thankfully, I've saved screenshots of all of the false tracking scans that they've used to "attempt" to show movement of my package. This is gross misconduct for a logistics company, and it's quite clear that this is common practice for Newgistics AND Pitney Bowes. A consumer-filed lawsuit will be coming very soon.
Newgistics is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My package was picked up on April 22, 2020 in F******* ********** and has not yet been delivered to *********** ************ as of June 3, 2020. Extremely difficult to contact but after much persistent talked to customer service who said they could not give me the status of my package which they have in their possession due to privacy issues and then hung up on me.
This company stole my package along with other packages of purchases we made through **** *** **** *****. It is May 31st, and I was supposed to receive the package on May 12th. It never arrived.
