Does not take ownership of any issues with the customer, and does not resolve the issue. Just keeps passing you along and telling you they can't do anything about it!! I don't understand why BBB gives this company an A+? With so many complaints and a one star rating why is BBB giving them an A+. I sincerely ask because there are numerous complaints against this company and they still have an A+. Unreal! Will someone do anything about this company's business practices? I cannot belive this company still manages to get away with what they get away with in this century. I have 2 machines with this company (and mind you, they are not cheap rentals), and since the day i got them they have been breaking down. Its really unreal. Stopped using this company in 2017. Two years later they are sending billing for property tax for 2017 for 32.24 with 7.50 being for admin. This company ripped us off for years and I would NEVER recommend anyone use them.
Trying to pay off my purchase power account and they will not work with me. I keep getting the run around regarding my issue. Instead they feel to keep telling my how late charges and finance charges work which I have explained to the many people in this company that I already know. Most companies work with customers to resolve their problems and pay their accounts down. Not PB. They just keep adding ovedraft and late fees and finance charges. 3rd machine in one month - terrible that I have to hold for an hour or more to talk to someone....then it's the wrong person so I go back to the phone tree. Must send the broken machine back in order for them to add funds to new machine or send them another check. Terrible.
The absolute worst. Under NO circumstances should you use Pitney Bowes for anything. They are crooks and will lie about contract dates to make you pay more money. AVOID! There are other safer options out there.
OMG the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! Our company closed it's doors, all I want to do is return their machine. I have called over a dozen times with no help. I just simply want to return the machine. Our building is empty with this one machine in it that I just can't get rid of. I'm at a loss of what to do. The new owner is coming in and I cannot return this machine. I am beyond frustrated. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will notice many other complaints that are similiar.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We are currently stuck in a contract that this company is unwilling to negotiate to terminate. We are a small local business that was sharing a postage meter with a State agency. The State agency currently has no funding and we do not use enough postage to make this a relevant cost effective means for postage.
