If you order anything from ****** you would be best served by making sure they are not using Pitney Bowes once it enters the states. My latest order has been sitting in my home state for almost a MONTH!!! and hasn't updated. You can't tell me it could possibly take this long to send a package. How many employees do they have? One guy aimlessly walking around a warehouse, sending off one package and calling it a day? This is beyond ridiculous!! Avoid them at all cost!

Pitney Bowes has failed to complete a refund, admitting that the check went to the wrong address. It’s less than $1000, but we are a small business and they won’t respond.

In the last 2 weeks, I've had 4 ****orders marked as "delivered", but haven't received any of them, meanwhile I've received a few that were never scanned as "out for delivery" nor "delivered". Just spend the extra 4 cents for a stamp, at least that way, if it gets lost, I know I can give the USPS a lost mail search request and they might find it. With the Pitney Bowes service there's really nothing that can be done, everybody loses.

Since January 16th, I've been waiting for my package. It has bounced around facility to facility, even passing by my state...it is now February 10th. It hasn't moved since the first. Bed bath and beyond can't seem to find my package either. I just want my order, that I paid for!
This company holds onto items for 2 weeks or more and then blames the issue on ***** What a disgrace!!!!
This company doesn’t deserve a one star rating. Losing packages seems to be an ongoing problem with this company and they refuse to take responsibility.

Please get packages moving. I have already had a bad experience with you guys in which it took over two weeks to get to me after it had “departed” from you guys. This is insane and I am confused as to why any one would partner with you guys. I do not want your automated replies, I know how to see the most recent tracking information. I have no idea why *****uses you guys.
On February 5, a package with items bought on ****, was sent to me from the USA. On February 16th, the package was in *********and the custom cleared. Then it is lost!!! The numbers I have available to track the package are parcel number, shipment number, sender reference, global tracking number and USPS tracking number. I tried them all every day. And no, there is no way to track the package after the 16th of February. The only answers I got from Pitney Bows are auto generated and at no help at all. I just want my package!
My package arrived in the Atlanta facility on March 17 the tracking says the package left their facility on the 18th and never make it to USPS and today is 25th. What the hell you use to move the package around snails? This is not the first time happened to me in the same way last time take them 2 weeks from their facility to USPS. you are a disgrace to this business. I can't leave a 0-star review but you fully deserve a 0 one. I depend on that package and you keep it for no reason just because you so lazy.
