Literally the worst customer service of any company i've dealt with. Upon my company closing and returning my postage machine and meter they are unwilling to refund the postage that was on my account. Returning the machine was a nightmare that involved several phone calls being pushed form one department to the next. Once i battled through that i was told to wait between a week and 10 days to request our money back. I did exactly as instructed and Pitney bowes says they show no credit. Warning! Do NOT use Pitney Bowes for any purposes! Their support is horrible. It also seems that they have multiple systems that do not communicate with each other as requests and payments do not update universally, thus creating a gap in payment info and you get penalized constantly. When trying to close accounts, there is again a gap in communication between India and the US. The terminations do not close, and they keep bleeding you for money to close the accounts. ***Companies don't use this service. You will have an uptick in angry and dissatisfied customers*** I purchased a few items from ***********************my first mistake. The items arrived fine but were of a quality so low that I was surprised (even for fast fashion) so I initiated a return on the *** website the very net day. I have shopped with an online clothing store for years. I receive packages within a week, even through COVID, until recently. My packages sit in the ********** **location for a month at a time, sometimes longer. I wish the USPS would cancel their partnership with Pitney Bowes.
Really sucks. The updates show packages sitting there for days without moving and the estimated delivery date is not accurate at all. I think I’d be better off guessing for myself when my package will (hopefully) arrive. The estimated delivery date would be today and it’d say it will be delivered the same day all day long and then long after I’m clearly not getting my mail today, the estimate finally changes.
These morons lost my package it took a month for them to tell the company i orderd from that they lost it then the company sent out a replacement and its been sitting in ******* since the 3rd and also they brought in into country in *** ****** i live in ********why they sent it to ******* makes no sense

Pitney Bowes is absolutely terrible. They allow packages to sit for well over a week without moving. When packages do move, it takes several days to be recorded at the next facility. Their tracking does not show where your packages are, or when you might expect to receive them. On the rare occasion that they due give you an estimated delivery date, the package always arrives several days later. I will not do business with anyone who uses Pitney Bowes ever again.
Stay away from this company at all costs. They have the worst service I have ever received. Running a business and having to deal with a company that is impossible to deal with makes things very complicated. Their accounting department will call daily for months requesting payment yet the machine they delivered has not worked and no one will offer to resolve the issue.
Terrible customer service. Been calling repeatedly for 5 days hoping to get our postage machine. I have been hung up on 6 times and have yet to get any real help. They close the case and reopen it under different numbers in order to stop the escalation clock and make their customer service times look quick. They refuse to send a technician out to actually help us, instead they try to solve the problem over the phone and totally misdiagnose the situation.
