No movement on my package in a long time. I'm wondering if it was stolen. Their tracking claims it is in transit departing from them and moving to **** but **** tracking and employee over the phone has confirmed they never received it.

There's not much to say for this company other than frustration. Website doesn't do much for customer service I have been waiting for a package for now 2 weeks of it's original date stated to be delivered by Pitney Bowes. What seems to make the issue worse is the transfer to it's **** facility never happened I contacted **** to see if there was any news and unfortunately they can't help because they received absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service. Have called 7 times today alone. Hung up on 6 times. Cannot speak to any managers or supervisors. Just trying to get details of my package. As of now it was sent halfway across the country AFTER arriving in the state it was to be delivered in. Will never use a retailer that uses this company for its shipping needs.

Been waiting for a package that has been stuck in your ******* facility since April 15. It is now May 16th. I'm not quite sure how you have an A+ with the BBB with all these complaints and the only response is a copy paste. I have already tried to track my package using the link provided and the latest information is from March when I originally ordered. Had a package leave the ********** ** ***** location on May 6. It has been an entire week and the package still has not been dropped off at the next location. I live in ** ** so its not like it had to move across the country. Should not have taken more than 2-3 days to reach me or at least reach the KC USPS distributor. Wish I could have picked how my package was shipped.

My package departed a facility in ************ ** on 4/13 and hasn't made it anywhere since. It seems ridiculous that after a month it literally hasn't made it anywhere like I don't understand how this company exists.

I have been waiting and waiting on a package from PB. It has been “in transit” in ** for god knows how long. WHY is PB a thing? I haven’t heard about it until now. And yea, according to everyone else it sucks. There is no way of being able to contact them either. I mean they have the 888 number but y’all know how that goes. If I can avoid this company all together for the rest of my life that would be great.

we have dealt with pitney bowes and invoice issues for years! we stopped using their software a YEAR ago and when i got the bill in dec i immediately called to tell them that! it is now MAY and I have to call every two weeks to try to get this taken care of! every time i am assured that person will follow up and make sure the back office takes care of it. in the mean time i keep getting charges added and phone calls, emails and dunning notices. this is RIDICULOUS! i will NEVER ever use pitney bowes ever again.
