ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THE SIMPLEST TASK HAS TURNED OUT TO BE ONE OF THE MOST FRUSTRATING. WE HAVE TWO MACHINES THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN AS THE CONTRACT HAS ENDED, AND IT HAS BEEN 4 MOS AND THE MACHINES ARE STILL IN OUR OFFICE WAITING TO BE SENT BACK. I HAVE ONE BOXED UP WITH AN INCORRECT LABEL THAT WAS SUPPLIED IN THE ACTUAL BOX TO USE, AND UPS CANNOT TAKE IT AS THE LABEL HAS NO DESTINATION. Worst company to deal with. The constantly add fees and charges. Look out for ********* It is automatically added and is a waste money if you have insurance on your property. You have to provide proof of insurance and they will remove it. But they will sneak it back on on a future bill. They have very little competition so they just fee you to death.

Worst delivery company ive ever been in contact with do not partner with them they will destroy your business with lost packages and extremely late delivery times they do not take responsibility nor do they have a customer service awful should not be in buisness

The worst I have ever had NEVER AGAIN!! THEY RUINED XMAS AND A BIRTHDAY DUE TO THEY WERE CAUGHT PLACING ITEMS IN A STORAGE UNIT TILL THEY WERE READY TO DISTRIBUTE THEM HOW DO THEY HAVE AN A+ RATING BBB DO YOUR JOB!!!

Just a terrible company with a far behind service. Contact with them is beyond frustrating and I would be very happy if I NEVER had to deal with them ever again!!

Worst Customer service ever!! Keep you on hold for hours and never resolve anything so you have to keep starting from scratch, never, ever deal with them!

If it was possible to give negative stars I would. Their machine would not work for us for weeks on end. They finally sent us a new one and offered skip billing, which means we are not charged for the quarter in which the machine did not work and they extend our lease out a quarter. I was told by multiple customer service representatives that we owed nothing till July, then came late notices and phone calls, yet when I called back they insisted we do not owe anything till July and we are signed up for skip billing. I placed an order about 11 days ago from ***********and then it made it to this Pitney Bowes facility. It is saying that my package departed their facility in *******,and its been saying this for 5 days. Its absolutely ridiculous, I want to know where my package is. Their customer service is no help, and my package was supposed to reach Wednesday but now there’s no available date I dont know what to do

Oh, if I could give 0 stars.... I contacted Pitney Bowes in hopes that they'd help me with an incident that I had with another online company. I was directed over to their service and I was disappointed, to say the least. I waited well over an hour just to speak to someone. I was transferred to each of the departments at least twice. None of them were able to help me with my issue, but that was completely fine by me. What got under my skin was the attitude of these so-called representatives.
