Zero customer service, no one communicates with each other within the company, repeated phone calls provide me with an "open case" but no resolution to my inquiries for the past 4 months.

I signed up for the free trial of Pitney Bowes' *******software on July 27th, however, they did not offer the size envelope I wanted for on-envelope postage printing. I tried canceling per the instructions I was given in the tips when signing up, and per the instructions on Pitney Bowes' help website, however, there is no online cancellation available, and upon calling, I am asked for an account number to cancel, which is not available to customers like me unless you rent a meter or other machine from them. Worst company to work with. Or be a customer with. They have ZERO customer services. Regardless of “Covid” problems, they are slow and leave packages in the same spot for weeks. No one should use this company for their business or if a business uses them try not to order from them or see if they have alternative shipping options!!! Very bad

My package been stuck in ******* **for almost a month. Their phone number and messaging service is sketchy. Can't really get a hold of anybody. I dont understand how this company even have been graded with an A when all of the reviews are 1 star. This company should be shut down. Do not do business with this company.

How can this company have an A+ rating with so many 1 star reviews? They're clearly paying for that high rating because this is a TERRIBLE company. Zero customer service and could not care less about getting your packages to you. Mine's been sitting somewhere for 20 days with zero movement and zero attempts of getting it to me. This company should go out of business.

My package came from ***** and made it to the US in 2 days.( ***** ** ******* 2 DAYS). It has been sitting at the ***** ******Pitney Warehouse for 11 days. We live 1 hr away. I will make sure when I order anything again it is NOT shipping with this company.

One star is too much. I hate this company and have spent dozens of hours trying to get resolution. My dad died, I had to close the business and lay off all of the employees during Covid. The company no longer exists. There is no postage left on the machine and I have been trying for 8 months to ship the machine back to them but they won't provide the address and will only send bills to pay off the full lease going through 2023. What part of "it is all gone" do they not understand? Every time you call, you wait 20-40 minutes ... read more

We have been trying to return a postage meter for over 7 months. We are on a month to month contract, so this should be easy, right? Wrong! First tried via phone calls in January and Feb, then chats in April. In June, spoke with 3 people and was finally told that a supervisor had approved our return and return paperwork would follow in a week.
