This company is horrible and customer service just hang up on callers. This is the second time I ordered from a company that uses Pitney Bowles and the delivery time is horrible. I ordered on 4/24/2021 it is now 5/4/2021 my items is still sitting at a PB facility in ********** ******* for two weeks. Called customer service they blamed it on **** and hung up. I have been waiting over a month to receive a package being delivered via Pitney Bowes and all it says still is that it is in transit. For over a month? Coming from just two states over? If I could choose who delivered my package I would definitely not have chosen Pitney Bowes and I am extremely disappointed that I have to wait this long for items. I have a package that has been sitting at a PB facility for over 10 days with no updates. This is the second package that has been delayed without notification or tracking updates whenever a retailer uses this carrier. I have never left a review, let alone a negative one, but sounds like this is a very common issue. I would just like to know why there's no movement on my package, again.

Terrible!!! I still haven't received my package and it's been about a month. It'll just keep saying ****is awaiting item and never updates. Now I'm just not wanting to order from certain places that uses this shipping company bc you may never get your package. If you do get it it probably took forever to get it. I wish this would allow me to check ZERO stars. Pitney Bowes does not deserve a star at all. We lost our Pitney Bowes equipment in a fire a few months ago. I first made contact with Pitney Bowes on February 25, 2021 to get a replacement for the lost equipment. They deserve less than one star. After being stuck in a predatory postage meter contract for four years, essentially paying for a giant paperweight because it was more expensive to cancel the contract, we have had to FIGHT to get our accounts cancelled. I was told that the account was set to cancel at the end of the contract only to receive another bill. I hate I even have to leave 1 star they don't even deserve that. Our business has been told since November of 2020 that our account has been terminated and that we don't owe any more money. Yet every month we're still getting a bill. Everytime I call I get put on hold and transferred around to other departments. Each call ends up being hours of my work day trying to get it resolved. Worst Company EVER! Rented a meter that only worked when it felt like it and always needed updates which wouldn't push through therefore the meter wouldn't work.
