Pitney Bowes is in possession of a package I am waiting to receive in ******. According to tracking, it left its ************* location on July 27. It is now August 4 and there has yet to be any update. How does a package/truck just go completely dark for eight days? Customer service is nonexistent. Just a voice recording that immediately says they can't help with tracking. Beyond frustrated.

TERRIBLE! I'm going on 3 months trying to end this relationship. I've bought out of the contract, returned the machines and requested the accounts be closed. I was first told on 6-4-21 that I now have a credit balance of $149.94 but still haven't received that refund. In the meantime, they've tried to charge me more!! Their customer service reps are great at telling you what you already know and NOT getting anything done. I would leave negative stars if possible. Don't use them unless you have time and money to waste.

This is a rude and unhelpful company. They randomly canceled and order, have unclear instructions, and their customer service is horrible. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Make it nearly impossible to end subscription….kept sending us “additional” return charges….did everything they asked….but still got bit . Will never use them again.

Pitney Bowes owns Newgistics, which has provided a tracking number but no status updates. My order was pickrd up on 07/25/2021 and no further information has been provided.

HORRIBLE. My package has been sitting at their warehouse for a week now, while I only live an hour away from the place. None of their phones work. I tried to call the universal number on their website, and the lady that answered sounded like she was on drugs and was extremely rude. I can understand why they only have 1 star. They should be shut down!!! Probably hiring thefts. SHUT DOWN *** ***** ******* **FACILITY!!!!!

I have been trying for 3 weeks to return my product to Pitney Bowes, 3 case numbers, 7 customer service reps, 2 supervisor and I STILL do not have what is required to ship the meter or machine back to them. I have never dealt with a vendor so incompetent. I will NEVER do business with them again and will STRONGLY suggest anyone else who ask me NOT too. You'd think a company as big as Pitney Bowes would have their act together. Someone needs to be FIRED!!

Stolen items from my package. Order placed online with *** ****. 9 items missing and packaging had clearly been opened and stapled shut. Not at all impressed. Now have to wait another 5-7 business days to receive these items at *** ******cost. Guess they should terminate contract with them.
