I never do this, but after dealing with Pitney Bowes for over 2 years, I cannot express how bad this company is. Their service is absolutely horrendous, they can never get our bill right, try to charge late fees when we clearly paid on time, take over 30-45 days to resolve an overpayment (It's been 3 weeks so far, so they still have time, but doubt they'll get it resolved before that window), and could completely care less about their customers. Please, please, please do not go with this company if you have an alternative (e... read more

AFTER MORE THAN FIVE YEARS OF HITTING BRICK WALLS WITH PB, WE ARE EXITING THEM. THEY ARE THE MOST RUTHLESS LEASING COMPANY IN THE BUSINESS AND THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE UNETHICAL IF NOT IMMORAL. THEY ARE A PROFIT MINDED PUBLIC COMPANY WHICH HAS LOST TOUCH WITH THE ONLY THING OF VALUE -- THEIR CUSTOMERS. YOU CAN SPEND A HALF A DAY READING COMPLAINTS AND BLOGS ABOUT THEM. I WOULD RATHER LICK STAMPS THAN USE THEM AGAIN. BUT THERE IS GOOD NEWS, THOSE FOREVER STAMPS HAVE ADHESIVE. FOR EVERY $500 IN POSTAGE WE USE, WE ARE PAYIN... read more

We ended our 18 year relationship with Pitney Bowes when our lease expired 3-31-17. We returned the meter after the 3rd request to get a box to ship it back. They continue to bill us for a postage power balance that is all of their fees. In the last eight months of our contract we asked to have our invoices mailed to us as we had cancelled the automatic withdrawal from our account as they placed fees on that as well. About 1 in 4 invoices would be mailed. Then they would charge us a late fee and interest on the outstanding b... read more

My first problem with PB was when someone in my office ordered supplies we didn't need and I called to return them. They gave me the process and I completed it. They received the items back and confirmed that with me. But for the next 2 months I was getting bills for the items and phone calls asking for payment. I sent numerous emails and had to finally spend 2 hours on the phone to get the issue resolved. It was incredibly frustrating. This company also finds anyway they can to charge large late fees and will do nothing abo... read more

We canceled service due to their "compliance" issues regarding our postage meter. PB was negligent in responding to our request to discontinue service and sent us a new meter that was set to the same compliance method (on line), Due to their error we were told they would adjust off "late fees". Our office continues to receive invoices and phone calls from the middle of the pacific requesting payment for a fee that was adjusted. We have unopened ink cartridges we asked to return, we were told they could not accept a return. T... read more

Good luck getting a human on the phone - it takes about a half hour. Good luck getting the same answer when you call 5 times about the same unresolved issue. Good luck navigating through their "customer friendly" website. And we haven't received a bill for our lease for 8 months now due to a "gliche" in their system. I would rather hand deliver every piece of future mail for my company than deal with this business another second.

Pitney Bowes in my opinion is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. I have paid them in advance for a rental of a mail station II and they keep invoicing me 21.99 per month! I have paid Pitney Bowes $783.99 in advance for the last 17 months that is $46.12 per month. In fact I have paid them for 35 months in advance. At this point, I am going to have them take back their machine and ask for a credit, it is easier to go back to stamps. Also, I have contacted them multiple times to fix this issue with no success. ... read more

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. No customer support, constant over charges, dishonest contracts, you name it. This is a nightmare company to deal with.

I signed up for a 60-day free trial for $17.99/month. When I got the mail station unit, it was missing the smart link device. So I had to call to order it. Then I got billed for rental before the 60-day trial period was supposed to end. I've called to cancel my account and will send back the unit to them. They also promised a gift card and a welcome packet when I sign up for the trial but that never came.
