HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Twice today I was on hold over a half hour with out even speaking to an agent. The live chat didn't fare much better. I was told they would have someone contact me shortly regarding an appointment to fix their malfunctioning equipment, 5hrs later still nothing. I explain it was busy day for office still nothing. Horrible company to work with and I'm going to strongly suggest switching here.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They send their renewal notices many months to years in advance so if you are not sure when your current lease ends you may resign again for many years unknowingly. We officially ended our lease July 2016 and a return box was supposed to come for their MailStation August 2016. It is now the middle of December 2016 and I am still receiving overdue bills monthly including a collections letter. As other negative reviews have mentioned, their lease, billing and website are beyond awful. If you are looking for timely and accurate billing, reasonable response to customer service requests, accurate billing information on the website that matches hard copy documents then do NOT signup with Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes is a good choice If you want to pay an exhorbitant amount for a piece of equipment that isn't worth the cost and spend hours on the phone with a company that fails to resolve problems.

I keep getting Robo calls from Pitney Bowes telling me that my account is over due for payment. The bill has been paid, and I have the cancelled check on my bank statement to prove it! On top of that with the ******** ***** account, the payment was sent before it was due and they took 2 weeks to cash the check and then charged me not only a finance charge but an additional late fee!

Stay away from this company. If you need to cancel the service and return the equipment...you will be cheated. After three phone calls, I was finally told that I would receive a return box in thirty days, I could then return the meter and my case would be processed in 30-45 days. This is OUTRAGEOUS... they charge you RENT for the entire time and simply say IT IS THEIR (CROOKED) POLICY. This company is operating a scam to steal money from their customers. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Just had an online "Live Agent" chat to resolve an issue with my account, started at 12:32PM and after taking over 10 minutes at times to respond, the agent ended the chat with no resolution or reason at 1:31PM. (It wasn't that I wasn't responding, he hadn't said anything about lack of activity) An hour with NO help. Kept asking me to confirm info and hold, confirm info and hold, asked to let him access my computer remotely, I agreed but it wouldn't work because of security settings on my work computer and then he logged me ... read more

Pitney Bowes and their Purchase Power Account side are the absolute worse billing/accounting arm of a company you can imagine. I mail a payment on the 24th of October that is due on the 3rd of November. It sits around some place and doesn't get posted to my account until November 6th. And I get nailed with a $30.00 late fee because they are not staffed well enough to process payments. Good bye Pitney Bowes. You will no longer play your extortion game on me.

I signed up for a free 30 day trial. They sent me a scale and printing system. I never even set it up in 2 weeks having it so I called and canceled the account. They told me the account was canceled and to expect shipping materials to send the equipment back. A month later I'm billed for over $1000. I call about it and explain my situation and they say it must just be some mistake, not to worry. All taken care of. I have had the same experience as others here. My lease is done, complete, finished. I notified PB we would not be continuing our relationship and wanted the return address to send the equipment back. No answer. As others here, was stuck on the phone for extremely long periods of time waiting for a human to speak to.
