I was brought a new postage machine to replace our old existing postage machine. It was an update, my office manager signed for it and our rates increased and started a new contract - 5 YEARS!!!! $ 17,000.00--- DO NOT USE PITNEY BOWES. i HAVE RECEIVED A QUOTE FROM Neopost for a similar machine. a 75% savings. Plus the ink is half also!!!! Go with Neopost and stay away from Pitney Bowes!!!!

I accepted a "Free offer" from pitney bowes via the Vistaprint website in regards to a postage meter. The offer was a free trial period during which time I could choose to keep the service or return the equipment. Shortly after receiving the postage meter, I decided to return it. My volume of mailing simply didn't justify using it. I contacted them numerous times to return the equipment and was told that I would be sent a return label. The return label never came. Finally, after weeks and weeks I received a return label in t... read more

We cancelled Pitney Bowes, years ago, they have an auto renew contract and then when you try to stop the service they hit you with the years fees, penalties etc. As far as we are concerned the can take the $2700+ and shove it up their ***. My Attorney will deal with them. Don't use it is a con. When you quit the service they'll hit you hard. They just sent a box for us to return the machine.

If you truly want to wait hours on the phone between each department that they refer you to just to be told they can't help you go for it. Customer service for Pitney Bowes is extremely disappointing.

This company truly has terrible customer service. After sucking it up and paying a HUGE amount of money in late fees after I took over as bookkeeper, I am now dealing with a new issue. I was contacted in December and told that my machine needed a new ink cartridge. I informed the person on the phone that we were not planning on continuing to use the machine. She said I could just order one cartridge instead of two. Here we are almost THREE MONTHS later and I receive a statement from them complete with a $117 charge for a ref... read more

This is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. We ordered a postage meter on a free trial basis. Once we received it and started to set it up, we realized it was not as advertised and immediately started the process to return it. We returned the machine and then started getting late notices in the mail. I called and they said the account was not cancelled, but they cancelled it then (after waiting 2+ hours to speak to someone). Now we have are getting past due notices for the maintenance of the machine that was re... read more

I notified PB in November that I would not be renewing my lease that was terminating Feb. 2017. I was told that I would receive a "return kit" to return my machine. It has been 4 months and I haven't been able to talk to anyone that can give me a status. I was told today that late fees are accumulating even though I gave sufficient notice.

Pitney Bowes is hands down the worst company we have ever done business with. Since August of 2016 we have been trying to break out lease with them due to horrible service (over billing, not responding to our 10+ support/billing questions). We were told in September someone would contact us about the lease. It took until December to actually get an answer from them (after spending a total of 22 hours on the phone try to get a hold of someone and 20+ emails). We sent in payment to break the lease, we were told in 3 days we wo... read more

The worse possible services, complete disregard for my time, when I fed up with Pitney Bowes and ask to terminate, they unapologetically slept me with 175.00 "settlement fee" for terminating contract early. Sick to my stomach. Where this disgusting A+ rating coming from? Is BBB in their pocket?
