We moved away from the West Valley and are no longer within a reasonable distance to visit Pinnacle for our families health needs. Since our move we have yet to find another doctor/ office that can even come close to comparing. Dr. Engstrom and his staff provide exceptional service & I proudly recommend them to anyone I can! I wish we had someone like him in our current city!
I was so glad to find this practice for my medical needs. It is hard to find a good Dr and staff. I have found both excellent Drs that listen and care about you and a staff that is friendly and does their job well. I am also happy that they are Christians. I can honestly say I don't mind going to see the Dr at Family Pinnacle Medicine they make me feel at ease. I have seen the different Drs and I am now seeing Dr Houlihan. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Engstrom and EACH and EVERY Dr., nurse, and staff at Pinnacle. Our family of 5 have been patients there since very early on and altho they continue to grow, their dedication, compassion, and commitment continues to as well. When we moved to AZ we stared looking for a doctor's office that we felt comfortable with. Our friend posted a photo online showing their prayer box in the lobby. We were instantly connected to this office. To have great doctors that also pray with and for you is amazing. Thank you for everything you do!
My family and I have been going to Pinnacle Family for years on in. Of all the place we have been this is the only place we weren't sitting for hours in the waiting room or in the front office! Never fails they treat all of us with respect and always in a timely manner. Every employee cares about you as a person and the doctors don't look at you as just another dollar in their pocket. I strongly recommend this office!
My family started going to this practice just this year when our insurance changed. I have to say I am extremely pleased with this practice. This group of people are some of the most caring doctors, nurses, and staff i have ran into at a doctors office. I have been coming here for 8 years and love the doctors. I have seen them all and have had great service from them all. The Nedellas are the ones I see the most (happy for Nicole but sad for us that she is not working right now) and they actually listen to what you say, give you there opinion and give you lots of informative information. They have never pushed things on me and really explain why they want you to take a med or see a specialist. They ask for my opinion in it all also. We had numerous friends raving about how great Pinnacle Family's doctors and staff were. We weren't really looking to change doctor's offices but started comparing those reviews with our recent experiences at our doctor's office.
