In a time when going to see a doctor feels rushed this practice is the opposite. Each time we are seen the time spent is to ensure they understand eactly what is wrong. They don't walk in and out quickly, with their head in their laptop, without any human connection. Instead they talk, listen and help each time we are there. Although I like the staff, and especially Dr. B . Nedella., I find it annoying that I get to see the dr 45 minutes after my scheduled time, while when I'm late, I have to reschedule and get charged $25 for the non visit. I took two stars off for this reason. And I might have to look for another doctor because of it. I can't put aside all afternoon just because I have a 15 minute dr appointment.

This place is ridiculous! Our last appointment we waited 90 minutes past our appointment time to be seen by the Dr. We show up 15 minutes late to our next appointment and we're refused service. Not to mention 3 voicemails with no return phone calls in the days prior. Additionally, their lobby is disgustingly dirty! Avoid this place!

After having a very uncaring visit with Doctors and staff at the ER today... I followed up with my Dr. Office. Today I saw Dr. Brown and was very pleased with his professionalism, honesty and ability to listen. He was very informative easy to talk to and helpful... Finding a good doctor is hard sometimes but i would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Im so thankful for the staff at PFM and I'm happy to be a patient there.

Pinnacle Family Medicine is my healthcare provider for life. I had been sick for many years, saw other providers, who kept telling me I was menopausal. Came to see Dr Engstrom and after testing and a biopsy, I finally got an answer. thyroid cancer. Dr Engstrom and the entire staff at Pinnacle Family Medicine are compassionate, supportive and very knowledgeable. Dr Engstrom treats the whole person, not just the symptom. I remember when Dr Engstrom first opened his practice, I believe it was 2007. He came over to nearby pharmacy introduced himself, told us about his practice and gave PFM business card. PFM has expanded from a few providers to a family of knowledgable caring providers. I had privilege to encounter PFM from both clinical aspect and personal. Dr. Nicole Nedella is a very wonderful doctor. My experience was very enjoyable as she took time to listen to my concerns and made me feel at ease. My other family members have seen Dr. Brent Nedella and have only good things to say about him. I have recommended this practice to several of my friends and will continue to do so.
