I was going to my doctor for 42 years. When my husband passed away I needed to find some place close to home. My sister went to Pinnacle and she just raved about it. So I figured I would give them a try. I first saw Dr. Brent Nadella then I saw Dr. Houlihan I now see Dr. Brown. I love them all. I normally only have to go every 3 months for blood work. This office is a joke!! They love to take your money but the worst place! They are so unorganized the staff are rude! Came to my apt and waited for over a hour then i ask what’s taking so long and they tell me oh your apt is not til 3 which I had the email with the time I was told at 2 then my husband takes off work serval times for results and he goes in and they said who made your apt we don’t have your results! Really take our copays make us miss work for all this bull! We are definitely finding another pcp office!!

5 stars I love this office! This is the first doctor’s office that I don’t find myself still waiting 30 to 45 minutes after my appointment time. The office staff are attentive and always very kind. Dr. Houlihan genuinely cares for his patients and listens to any concerns I have. I really can’t say enough about this office!
