While I really like Dr. Houlihan, I do not like the practices at this office. They make you come in for a “follow up” every 3 months even after having blood work to confirm that your current medication dosage is fine. (Even though the doctor says come back in 6 months) This is ripping off insurance companies and driving up insurance rates that are already through the roof. I made an appointment with one dr and saw PA. I needed blood tests that PA ordered then she cancelled with no explanation. The antibiotics we on my allergy list that were ordered and she never called any others in. She drilled holes in my toenails with no wound care. I will never go back.
I think that it’s pretty poor business when you hear the staff sitting their talking about the patients. For a person who doesn’t like to go to the doctor it just makes that factor even worse. What kind of business are you really running? Was my first time going and I’m thinking my last. Definitely was a horrible feeling to hear the staff talking about the patients. What a bunch of 2 face people! This is who your supposed to go to for help? Are you kidding me?
We love � pinnacle clinic, it is a real Family environment and we give them 5+ OUR GOOD HEALTH, IS BECAUSE OF THEM.
Ever since the expansion the quality here as gone downhill. For years I had Dr Brent nedella and he was amazing. Today I had an appointment I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and another 15 minutes in the room. McBride came in talk to me for 2 minutes and when I said oh I have a question she looked at me stood up walked towards the door and said quote "sorry I'm out of time"and close the door behind her. The one time I went there I saw a pa and she was horrible she just looked at her laptop the whole time and had no interaction McBride was her name I hope anyone that goes there gets a second opinion because she's not a good doctor or any of the office staff knows what's going on get someone else if I were you
I have been going to this office for over 10 years. The doctors are amazing! They really do care about you. Some growing pains during the expansion, but customer service is back to it's exceptional level and better than ever! Go, see them, you will not be disappointed!
