I've been a patient of Dr Engstram for many, many years. He truly cares about me and my health and is willing to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions (and I have a lot). I trust him so much that he is now also the primary care doctor for my wife and all of my kids (5).
I've been to many places but I must say this is thee best place I've been to for care. They are friendly and always ready to help out with anything. The doctors are amazing. I highly recommend this place. Love the prayer box. May the good Lord continue to bless you all. Thank you all!❤
Dr. Nedellas (both Brent and Nicole) and Dr. Engstrom are not only incredible doctors, but incredible people with hearts to serve and help others. Never have I seen doctors so willing to listen, help problem solve, and go above and beyond for their patients. Their practice has exploded due to word getting out about how amazing they are, so there will of course be some growing pains as they readjust to those challenges. I have been going to Pinnacle Family for 2/12 years now. I remember the first time I walked into their office as I experienced the scariest medical issue of my life. They got me in immediately and I was treated with such love and care. I've never been to a doctors office where they genuinely cared and stood by my side while assisting me in my health recovery. They've gone above and beyond for not just me but also my family. I am proud to be a patient here!!!!
We love this office and thier staff. P.A. Young is amazing, anyone who can keep my husband and son coming back is a God send, they never go unless they are almost ready for hospital. That is until these wonderful people. And I have a beautiful high functioning autistic child, and she is never worried anymore to see p.a. Young. She puts her at ease, wich is not easy to do. She has been so much help in trying to get my health issues under control. We thank God for this practice, and leading us to the right people.
