Very unhappy with the service. I have been waiting more than 14 days for a referral to see an specialist. Good thing, I don't have cancer. I can't wait for my insurance plan to renew so I can go back to my old PCP where I got referrals the same day.
Pinnacle Family North is the best place ever. I love the people there but one employee there that is super sweet, kind and knowledgeable in her field is Sierra Martinez, she makes people feel welcomed and comfortable there at West....thank you Sierra Martinez for all your hard work it doesn't go un-noticed. You are the best. Keep up the hard work for great is your reward in heaven.
I don't like the staff or the care. I don't think a kid having an attitude at supper is a reason for medications. The location is really convienant for me though.
Been here for several years now they have cried with me and have laugh with with me help me thought some hard times. Doc Nicole was my Doc love her kindness and her loving hug miss her but glad she gets to be a Mommy. Now Doc Brent is my Doc and he just as caring I'm able to talk to him about anything and he alway takes I time with my needs. The girls up front has alway try to get help me when I need to get in. Thank you
