PLEASE whoever is the office manager................get new chairs for your waiting room!! They are the worst of any Doctor's office I have ever been in to and I have about 10/12 Doctor's so I should know! My butt and I am sure your other patients are not very comfortable while waiting for their appointment! If you don't believer me I suggest one of you Doctor's or PA's go out and sit there for at least a half hour...............see how comfortable you feel! What used to be a good doctors office has now turned into a place for terrible patient care and customer service. I have been going to Dr. Brent Nedella for over 5 years and over the past 2 years it's extremely hard to get an appointment in a timely manner. Good luck getting a call back for general medical questions. The front office lacks professionalism and they can't get their billings right. I love Dr. Brown he is very caring, thorough and accommodating to my disability. The front office staff are accommodating to my mental health disability and are all very friendly!
I love everyone at PFM, but I mainly see Britni McBryde. She is a very intelligent doctor as well as a compassionate person. Doesn't matter if I'm going there for the common cold, a broken leg or I'm struggling with my anxiety, she has the knowledge and the ability to help me get through whatever situation it may be. If you are looking for a new PCP, check them out ☺📖💙
They're are very nice always willing to help out whether it's a medical question insurance or referal question. The dr.s there are very polite easy to talk to and efficient. Love being a part of this group
