RecommendedI can not recommend them enough. Every single time my husband or myself has gone, me way more than him, we have always left feeling like they truly care about us. They take time to actually listen to you. Every single person I have encountered there has always been nothing but nice. I feel so very blessed to have found such a great Dr.
The entire staff deserves 5 stars!! They are the best! The front office is always on top of everything! Not only are they true professionals, but they are friendly and welcoming!
You better be ready to move, because they push you through as fast as possible. They wouldn't address all the questions I had in the first appointment. I asked for the open appointment later in the day, but they wouldn't give it to me because the insurance wouldn't pay for it. Maybe that's because you are supposed to take time to work with the patient during the first appointment. As much as I love my Dr. Krista and her nurse I am saddened that I will need to find another practice. After calling 3 times since Wednesday asking for my asthma meds to be refilled and sharing I was struggling with my breathing, I was informed on Friday at 4:15 that I would have to see a doctor . Why didn’t they tell me this on Wednesday when I could have seen a doctor? Needless to say I ended up at urgent care today in a full blown asthma attack.
I have been waiting for them to rewrite an order for a test over 24 hours I have talked with them 3 times and everytime they will get back to me shortly. I believe the support staff has some issues
Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor and human being. He has respectful bedside manner and is a great diagnostician. When I am ill or at a well visit Dr. Brown goes out of his way to ask how my family is doing and when my mom passed away, Dr. Brown called me (not his staff but HE called me himself) and asked how I was doing! He is genuinely a good person and I’m so glad he is my doctor.
Been going here for 9 years but will not be going back after this last appointment.
Appreciate Dr Houlihan but not a fan of the way the office staff handles patients. We had to move to another facility for our p.c. Sorry Dr Houlihan it's nothing personal.
When I called in to schedule an appointment you can hear the staff in the background laughing and using unappropriate language
