I worked there when we had only 1 patient and was there to witness the growth and to witness the practice strive to keep up with the demand. These providers and that staff work very hard and truly care about meeting the needs of the patients. I also know most of their patients love the practice!!! Go Pinnacle!!!
Dr. Engstrom is a caring physician who often goes the extra mile for the smallest of things. It was a few days before our daughters wedding, her face broke out with one single very large pimple. No problem says Dr Engstrom. " Stop by the office on your way to California for the wedding. " We know we can count on Pinnacle for a smile and the fastest service available. We are so grateful to have a staff of likeminded physicians to help us when we need it.
I have been going here since around 2008 or 2009 and they been nothing but excellent to me. Their front office staff is very professional in what they have done. They also try and get you in as quickly as possible, if a cancellation happens, there's a good chance they'll call you and see if you want to get in. Are you kidding me with these negative reviews? This place is awesome. I have been coming here for many years, and have had nothing but great care. The doctors and PAs are incredible they care about every patient and will even pray with you if you ask. This is the best doctors office I've ever been to.
I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone. I love the family oriented atmosphere. They don't only have your health in mind but they value your time. They schedule you and get you in promptly and though there may be a short wait at times, I don't mind because once they get in the office with me, I have their full attention until all my questions are answered.
Pinnacle Family Medicine has been an important part of my life for over 7 years. I was automatically assigned by my insurance to PFM, what a blessing in disguise it was. It started with a broken leg/ankle and some extremely stressful emotional problems. There is no doubt in my mind, the caring staff and loving physicians saved me.
