Went in with blood pressure 225/125 , they took me straight back . They were so good to me. I had to stay overnight and i was not able to leave until they helped with the problem. Everyone from the time i got there until the time i left was excellent. Thank you Piedmont Newton for helping me in mt time of need! Btw, i lost mt insurance this year and they still seen me with no problem.
Pretty good care...in emergency room...attentive and tests run quickly....a little slow in responding when in room upstairs at nigjt...need better chairs for those staying with patient!!!
SITTING AT THE HOSPITAL AND A GUY JUST CAME IN DRIPPING BLOOD, HE HAD BEEN SHOT, THE NURSE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK, "SIR WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN SHOT AT" HE TOOK HIS JACKET OFF AND HIS INTESTINES FEL OUT, I LITERALLY HATE NEWTON GENERAL, PIEDMONT WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL THEM, THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE HOSPITAL I'VE EVER BEEN TO, MY NEPHEW IS 8MONTHS OLD, CAN'T BREATHE AND HAS A FEVER OF 104.8 AND WE'VE BEEN SITTING HERE SINCE 530 AND HE'S GETTING WORSE BY THE SECOND, IDC IF YOUR DYING, DO NOT COME TO Piedmont Newton Hospital ****... read more
I am not even out ready to get a lawyer. This place is a death trap.
Okay so been in pain since friday,Everytime i move my chest hurts soo bad..so while in the ER waiting for 2.5 hrs i was so uncomfortable,, They had done and EKG, took blood, and did a chest xray and they didnt take me back so i guess its safe to say im not having any heart issues,,but i am in sooo much pain!! everytime i move or breathe my chest hurts soo freakin bad....but i couldnt continue to sit there.. that is the slowest hospital in the world...just know if i die tonight yall know who to sue Piedmont Newton Hospital..s... read more
The staff was wonderful! I didn't have a long wait time. The doctor was so nice - he had such a pleasant and warm bedside manner. The nurses were so friendly and made me very comfortable. That is the best I have EVER been treated in an ER!
