Best staff and doctors! Love my nurses too. I was taken cared of very well from start to finish. What a relief to be surrounded by quality care.
I will never step foot in this hospital again...not even to use the restrooms. I was there at 4 am this morning...the lady at the front desk in the Emergency room was so rude to me..treated me like I had no bussiness there...I had to repeat my info to her several times... I know Rockdale Medical center in Conyers ... may have long wait times but at least they know how to treat there patients there....by the way the chairs in the Emergency room are so uncomfortable...you all call your self remodeling the place....save it!!! Waited 7 hours just to get pain meds then sent home. Just waiting for my large to come in the mail
Brung my elderly Mother in to the ER because she fell at home. Got to the ER around 7pm, didn't get seen by a doctor until around 12:30 am. Thank God my mother wasn't in serious pain. The wait time is terrible but the staff was nice. Once we got to the back, everyone was nice as could be. We had a team of 3 nurses caring for my Mother. Which I have never experienced. Overall, if the wait wasn't so long I would go back.
The wait time was crazy. Above other things the nurse wasn't really friendly.
The only way that I will go back is if it's the ONLY option available! I waited 6 hours to be seen and was sent home with medication for Vertigo, when my complaint was high blood pressure, nausea, and dizziness. Today, when my blood pressure escalated AGAIN, I saw a real doctor. Sure wish that I had known that I would make it through the night, I wouldn't have wasted my money.
