I was treated so good there, by everyone. Even the ambulance drivers that came for me, was so helpful and kind. I am so grateful that we have such a good hospital here in Covington.
Had to visit here today and have to say that this was the most pleasant ER's I've been to in a while. I've been to Newton Hospital er before and was kind of scared to go but it's changed a lot. My ER nurse was AMAZING. Her name was Jill.. probably the best nurse I've ever had.. great bed side manner and very patient and understanding. I can't say enough about her. Dr Cooper was awesome too.. all around they made my visit comfortable. Thanks ladies. i really do appreciate everything you all did .
The only nice staffers are the ones who get your information. You better be shot or dying if you want real "care" from anyone else. The doctor's assistant saw me. She was rude, dismissive and un professional. She doesn't care about people. Or... Maybe just not white people?
Dont take me here. The doctors used to care about people in years past.
Delivered my baby there a couple weeks ago and was amazed at how nice and on top of things the nurses and staff were. Did not have one bad nurse the entire week I was there and they made the process of after delivery care as best as possible. Ended up back at the ER a few days after coming home for some tests and they took me right back when they learned I had a newborn at home so I was exposed to the least amount of flu and sick people as possible.
