The ER kept me in the hall on a bed that was to short
RecommendedI was in the Knox Surgical Center today. The ENTIRE staff/volunteers that I encountered was beyond friendly and encouraging! They made sure I was 100% comfortable and informed the entire time. And to top off the customer service they brought me a sweet treat since tomorrow is my birthday. Their kindness and unexpected gesture almost made me cry!
How does this hospital manage to get a whole new makeover but still have people being called back only to be seated at the side in the walkway??? This is totally disgusting and you people make way too much money for this crap!!
Short wait time in emergency dept today. John was seen, X-rayed, diagnosed, prescribed meds and was out of there within 2 hours. He went in whimpering came out smiling. Sciatic nerve is aggravated. Huge pane, now tolerable discomfort. Special thanks to Maria PN and Lyn, friendly, cheery and knowledgeable. Thank you for laughing at his cornball jokes! ❤️ you were great!
This is the most unprofessional hospital I have ever been to. This facility is going to ruin the Piedmont name. I will never go to this hospital again Horrible!!!!
Brand new emergency room and it looks great
DO NOT GO TO PIEDMONT AT NEWTON IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONES!!!!This poor excuse of a hospital treated a military veteran that just got back from tour in Iraq a few months ago like a second class citizen! All he complained about was exhausting they started sticking him with shots that they didnt explain, gave him a mental health “evaluation” half way drugged up, and put him on a no leave list even though he is not a danger to himself or others. Love all of the staff I’ve been in contact with! Women’s Diagnostic Center and OR staff are phenomenal. Dr’s, nurses, techs, volunteers, all are great!
