Worst ED ever. I wouldn't even give it one star if I didn't have to in order to leave a comment. Very unprofessional, unorganized and lacking in compassion and communication.

I had a very pleasant experience today here at Eastside medical. I was scheduled for outpatient surgery and it went very well. The nurses were amazing and took care of all my needs and any concerns I had. I am so surprised to see so many dissatisfied ratings but those experiences have to do mostly with the emergency room in which I've only been to once and had a very positive experience also. I would definitely recommend this hospital for anyone needing outpatient surgery.

This place sucks..been waiting for over 3 hrs and my child is in pain..spoke to many people and keep getting scuffed off..put in the lost and found room in the back..no one is letting us know nothing..this is ridiculous!

My wife had Outpatient ankle surgery at an unnamed hospital in Monroe on the afternoon of July 21st. On the ride home my daughter and I noticed she was very hoarse and when she took breath, crackling sound was heard. We thought it was anesthesia wearing off. Early Friday afternoon she started running a high fever and off to Eastside we went. I ran in Emergency, told the nurses the situation and immediately they went to work on her. Diagnosis. Pneumonia.
