I am at Piedmont Henry my wife is very bad pain we went to the emergency room and it has taken 6 hours just to get checked in and still no one has seen her yet they are all in the hallway playing in there phones and watching football on the computers
Have been sitting in ER with my mother who has dementia for 3 hours. After 2.5 hours I went to see what we were waiting on. Her blood clotted before they got it to the lab. Why did I have to go find a nurse to get that information 2.5 hours after arriving? No one has come back to redraw blood 3 hours later. Is the ER that short staffed today? Monitors beeping, no one has checked her vitals since arrival. Nurse has ZERO clue about the Eastside AIDET. Doctor has only been in at arrival. This is a ridiculous scenario.

Yes they moved a little slowly in some areas, but it wasn't to the point of annoyance.
