It probably depends on what services you are receiving but beware of Radiology! They wait 6mos to file a claim and then when your insurance co. refuses to pay because it's been over 90 days they will turn you over to a collection agency. This is after you have talked to the billing office and told to disregard the bill
Horrible hospital!!!!! If you value your or a loved ones life...go somewhere else. Check out there complaints on google.
Came in at 7. Wasn't brought into a room until 9. Nobody came to see me for 45 min! I went to bathroom so the doctor skipped over me . Didn't start getting treatment until 11:30. Once I push the nurse button on the remote , she didn't come for another 15 min. The nurse I was assigned to CONSTANTLY keeps forgetting to bring me treatment or papers . Long story short it is 2:03 am and I'm still waiting !
THE WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! NO ONE WANTS TO HELP AND EVERYONE HAS NASTY ATTITUDES!!
Delivered my son here... nurses arguing with each other, no help getting out of bed to shower (after a c-section), removed my own bandages, started to remove my own IV. This was a horrible experience.
They would rather kill you or let you die then help! The absolute worst hospital I've ever been too and not to mention more lawsuits for neglect and malpractice! Staff is hateful and just plain rude and management is wayyyy no better! Seriously if anything go somewhere that you trust your life with and EASTSIDE SHOULD NOT BE IT!
This hospital and everyone who is employed through the emergency room are a complete joke. Worst one ever.
Great big shout out to all staff in Day surgery! I had carpal tunnel surgery last wk and everyone was wonderful, very caring staff, thank you all! Also a huge shout out to Dr Craig Mines office as well, they have a great staff! Thanks guys! Yall are the best!
