The worst hospital ever. The front staff have no customer service skill. They show no concern for you. Have you waiting for hours. You probably would die before they come to you. Go to any hospital but this one.
My sister donated her kidney and she made it up to TU Rooms. She is in a lot of pain and we requested pain meds. But they have to send the request to the pharmacy to get approval? I mean do they think she won’t be in pain? Why don’t they have pain meds already approved? Just seems crazy to me. Waited 27 mins to get pain meds and it was in pill form? My mother in law fell and broke her arm on 12/25/19 and visited Eastside. They failed to properly dress or brace the arm and sent her packing. I hope to NEVER go back there.
