Great experience. Could have been a little quicker but overall they did a great job of taking care of my daughter and making her relax.

I am generally NOT an Eastside supporter, however - I do continue ( year after year) to have GREAT service from the Breast Center. Thank you!

Only ever been seen in the pediatric urgent care for my 19 month old. They were very quick, and amazing! Took very good care of her and was on point at everything. We were there for tops 2.5 hours. That includes wait time, blood work, etc. Just wish the doctor would've let me talk a tad more about what was the issue, without feeling like I was being rushed.

I had spine surgery 10/20/16 and stayed on the 4th floor the staff there was awesome. I never once felt like I was bothering them when I needed their help. When I went home and was wheeled through the hall everyone was congratulating me on getting to go home and saying goodbye. Made me feel special! The surgery staff was the same way. My husband said they kept him update through my surgery and and he appreciated that so much. I would recommend this hospital their staff and their doctors.

I have sent a private message regarding my experience. Im hoping to speak with someone before airing my grievances publicly or contacting an attorney. Im writing this review as well in hopes that someone/whomever monitors this page will retrieve my private message and direct it to the appropriate party. As it appears from reading other's reviews private messages often go unanswered.

This is my go to hospital for tests, although I was admitted once several years ago. I have never encountered any problems with registration or any of the staff. Very courteous and caring people. In fact, I was there recently for outpatient testing, and was feeling sick and weak that day. I have a chronic medical condition, and the gentleman doing the registration couldn't have been kinder, assuring me that the process wouldn't take long.
