Worst hospital ever! Understaffed and negligent. It's so bad patients are coming out of their rooms with IV bags in hand looking for their nurse. We walked the whole floor and could not find a single nurse nor doctor. Currently in the process of transferring our loved one to another hospital. Stay away from Eastside. �

This hospital is without doubt the worst hospital that Gwinnett county has. The er staff are sloppy and there is much room for improvement. Every time I have admitted myself and my child as a patient or a friend as a patient we have left unsatisfied and treated at the bare minimum. The mother baby unit is rude and the only nurse who seems to hold that unit together is Emily. If it wasn't for her they would have been a ship underwater. I went to the ER yesterday for pulling a muscle in my back. Was seen and was out within an hour...I forgot my nurse name but she was very nice and even explained to me what happened and the prescription she gave me!
