Took my mom to Piedmont ER 8 days after being diagnosed with bronchitis by their urgent care facility. Urgent care gave her antibiotics and albuterol and after 8 days her symptoms seemed to worsen. Her cough was severe and her nose was running like she had a fresh cold. We waited 7 and a half hours only to be seen by triage twice, the lab and X-rays taken. Been waiting here for 5 hours and 25 mins.... with a massive headache and pain in my chest been told imma get some pain killers 4 hours ago and I’m still waiting! 🤷🏾♀️ then imma get a bull for $5000 right? Smh y’all need to do better
my dad is in Sicu and ive NOT been happy at all with his nurse's. They are very rude and unprofessional om top of I've been BEGGING CRYING TO SPEAK WITH A CASE MANAGER OR ANYONE OVER THE 4TH FLOOR ICU im not happy with thr treatment my 69 year old father is getting and im very upset no one has yet to call me and I've asked and begged for someome in charge to call.. HELP

the worst ER ever.....waisted 6 hours just to be seen by a doctor for 5 minutes so she can prescribe me medication that doesn't work(children medicine btw) like wtf....maybe a staff that actually cares about people and their health would make this place better
if you plan on spending time on the second floor God be with you .The most unprofessional staff ever from losing patients pain meds to nearly ripping the prongs to a pacemaker just installed by insisting on lifting an arm above the head while bathing the patient right out of surgery.

RecommendedI had to go to the Emergency Room. They were slammed. Everyone was nice and very professional. I love this hospital and it’s employees.
RecommendedDr. Cole is the best Gynecologist I’ve ever seen. Not only is she caring, but her bedside manners are wonderful. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
