Hard to give a hospital a 5star because it i, after all, a hospital and if you are there, you're probably not well. However, I want to thank all of the doctors ( Dr. Sootin in particular)and nurses (I have forgotten a couple names I'm sure but- Anita, Yvette, Hope, Anna, Patience, Beatrice, Audrey ,Amla) that took care of me during my recent stay at Eastside . Got there at 9:30 pm almost 3 hours to get into triage then until 2:00 am to get a room another 2 hrs to get the CT scan got out till 6 am the nurse that released the prior nurse was rude and pulled out my iv like if I was any object in the way.
I would give it lest then 1 star but I order to give a review I had to choose. Star. Was misdiagnosed last year with a cold when I was in heart failure. Went today and had pain in side from climbing stone mountain instead of treating what I can me in for they want to order test on my heart. Even though all vital sign as good, all levels from blood test are good, not having shortness of breath but they keep ordering test on my heart and no treatment for my torn abdominal muscle. Feeling HIGHLY FRUSTRATED currently at ER. My Sister has been here nearly 12 hours and we're still not done! Also the same people who checked in same time she did are also still here. HORRIBLE ER SERVICE!!! Administration Should Be Highly Embarrassed! #PrayingINEVERHaveToComeHereAgainEVER
