This hospital has gone down hill... will never come back here again Their pediatric er care is horrible!
I have only had experience in Radiology. The Patient Access Team was wonderful getting me registered and back to Radiology. The Radiology Staff was efficient and fast. Got me in and out in a timely fashion with the disks in hand. Nothing but good things to say !
Dear eastside medical center, I was very impressed with how quickly your triage department works to bring patients back in the ER. But you dropped the ball after that. We have been waiting for a bed on the floor for almost 6 hours. I happen to know that the floor we need to go to is not full. My husband's IV has been empty for 4 hours. Nurse came in and put a NG tube in and the doc came by and said yep, and walked away. Of course that did not answer anything. No one has given us any updates. This is poor treatment! Eastside Emergency room is horrible! To have someone arrive in severe abdominal pain, could be appendicitis, and they are still waiting going on five hours??? Come on Eastside you can do better than this!!
WORST HOSPITAL EVER. The only good thing that happened to me there, was my successful hernia surgery. That's because there was a doctor there, that actually knew what he was doing. My dad and I went there last night, because I got food stuck in my throat. We got x-rays, and waited for over an hour after x-rays were done, and I was never seen by a doctor. We didn't leave until almost 11:00pm last night
Worst place to work.
Don't come here, they don't care about you. If I could give them no stars I would! They will let you sit in your own bed full of urine for over an hour after telling them multiple times to come change it out. How about I treat their grandparents the same way???!!!!...
Every one there are so great to us and very thankful for all of staff and Dr. At the Hospital yesterday .
