This place is terrible ! It's dirty, the staff is rude and the nurses are some of the worst I've ever had.
I took my son to the ER last night. We waited 5 hours to be seen. The Dr and nurse Kevin on duty were very nice but the nursing staff was extremely rude, from triage to discharge. I had never had that experience there before but something should change with the way the staff in those areas treat customers.
The worst hospital I have ever been! Am still waiting for 9 Hours, and looks like no one cares about the patients. Actually is the best place to come and Die with out being help!
I was not happy about be asked personal health issues in a waiting room with other people sitting next to me. What happened to hippa regulations you just violated Them. Not appropriate people better relearn you rules for patient protection!! DUH
I received the utmost respect and care possible. I have had surgery there and was there for a week. They took care of me
They have at least one good nurse whose name happens to be Grace . I have no complaints with Eastside Medical Center.
Great staff! Very helpful and friendly! The staff were attentive to my needs and sensitivity to allergies. The facility was clean and inviting.

The front desk lady was rude! But my nurse staphanie was gr8 ! They called me rightway and did what they needed to do! I went there for nausea& vomating! They treated me right I guess . But the sad part is you r alone in the emergency room if u needed to go to bathroom u have to wait until the nurse comes back! I don't have any bell to call nurse and she was attending several patient along with me.They just rush u to send hm that's needed to stop!And I had to push the dr to do my ct scan!
