The ER is hit or miss with actually getting a Dr that will help you! On the Floor I have not had good experiences with the nurses

The prompt care on Sweetwater Road is spectacular. The nurses are phenomenal and really care. Stephanie, Tequila, and Mattilyn went above and beyond to care for our child. Tim is a wonderful manager and was kind and gentle with our son while putting in his IV. Dr. Sanders is one of the best physicians we have seen in a while. He is thorough, patient, and cautious. I feel like we visited family who helped our son to feel better. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I have been to this prompt care for about 5 or 6 times now. I would recommend this care to anyone. The nurses and the Dr's are very nice, very one-time unless there is an emergency (understandable). The Dr's listen to your problems and are (in my case) right. Thank you everyone
