My 87 yr old grandmother was visiting from Ohio and got sick and had to go to hospital. SO regret taking her to Eastside Medical center because she was abused �My mom and I filed an investigation and of course the hospital said they didn't find any neglect or abuse that took place. � however my grandmother had BAD bruises on her legs and she told us on recording out of her own mouth the nurses beat her � they said the meds she was on cause bruising (see comments) Sorry to tell their lieing a**es that her meds do NOT cause th... read more

A wonderful place, the staff was very caring, kind, efficient. They always knocked before entering your room and let you know who they were and what they was there for. From the Er to the 4th floor, everyone was great. We the family of Ms.Millie Griglen thank you and your staff for all that you did for her to make her stay comfortable. She really appreciated you all. Thank you all again Ms.Millie Griglen and family.

I have been going to this hospital for about 17 years now, I have no complaints very good customer service they get the job done fast. My girlfriend was just in there & they were excellent in the emergency & observation dept!!!

It took 2 people to stick me and it took them 3 times to stick me. Then had a ct scan and the fluid in my iv was leaking out it took her 3 times to fix it. I was there for 6 hours and was still in pain when I left. The medication they gave me they only gave me 6 of them. And 20 pills of nausea and vomiting medication but I wasn't having that symptom. Then when they discharged me they didn't even take the EKG wires off they just left them. The nurse was rude. They used yo be a great hospital always talked good about them but ... read more
