I was told how much my surgery would cost. If I paid for it up front I would get a 20% discount. So I did. I paid this on 8/11/17. Today 9/5/17 I get a bill for $56.81. Even though I was told I would not owe anything else. Healthcare is a racket. When the billers call they should at least be honest. I do not recommend East Side.

The psych ward has the worst staff they don't allow iPads and the beds are made out of cardboard luckily the nice doctor pak got me out early don't go here if you want to kill you do it before you get sent here

Came in on mother's day due to an adverse reaction to my medication. The DR took a blood sample without asking me when I had last taken my medication. As a result, she got an incorrect sample and released me. I ended up at a different hospital, for the same thing, later that day. Not to mention when I was asked to go in the restroom to provide a urine sample, the restroom had stained sheets on the floor, and a soiled chair with a nasty towel on it.
