I think Eastdide Medical is the best place to be when you need medical treatment or need a job or even a place to volunteer ,I gauranteen that you would get the best treatment ,everyone there is family oriented ,respectful and most of all very courteous .The entire staff from management all the way down are very nice .If I have a to recommend a hospital to anyone ,I would definitely tell them about Eastdide Medical .
The most incompetent hospital I have ever seen !!!!!! A man goes in for a simple procedure and due to lack of communication with their own staff the almost loses a foot or worse. 7 days later gets transferred to Grady has emergency surgery to try to save his foot. The worst staff on the 2nd floor.

This facility sucks. I've never seen ppl treated so poorly at a hospital. They need to hire a new staff. These ppl don't care about the patients at all.
Well my mom had to see the orthopedic doctor. He was amazing. So 5 stars for me. The front desk to the back office everyone was amazing.
Horrible. Would never step foot in this hospital. They do not care about you. My grandmother went in through the emergency room by ambulance. Released her that same afternoon said she was good. Called ambulance next day and went to Gwinnett Medical. She was admitted and was there a week. You cannot tell me she was not sick enough to be admitted the next day. Horrible hospital. If you want to live DO NOT EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS HOSPITAL
My husband's first time to have an invasive surgery that would keep him in the hospital for several days. The experience with his Pre-Op and Day Surgery Staff was a good one. He was treated with respect, dignity and like family. The same experience has been felt so far at his surgical ward ( floor 4) from its staff. My experience as a medical technician in the USA Air Force helps me to assist in his care. Thanks to the entire nursing staff that cared for my husband.
