Recommended RecommendedMy husband has to go to Piedmont Hospital in Jasper 1time a month for blood work. The past few months, all went well. Friendly staff, efficient process. Today, however, was not a similar experience. My husband had his standing order and additional lab work that needed to be done. Upon arrival, he had to check in and get his temperature check, just like that last three months. Staff used 25 yr old record, did no updating of any information, including my name, asked no questions regarding medications or other issues. I was released with prescriptions with the wrong name on them and one I could not use due to possible interaction with another medication I took regularly. Seems no one really cared. On the positive I was in and out in about 3 hrs.
