I was misdiagnosed and never had a Dr come in to see me. Was given morphine several times even though I said not too. The care was so bad. Less than one week later I had to have emergency surgery, but not here.

I delivered my two children here and couldn’t have chosen a better hospital. I was admitted in 2011 then this year 2018 both stays were great. Nurses are great they care about you and your health at least this was my experience. They will check on me every hour day and night. They took really well care of my preemie also. Thank God I have nothing negative to say about the hospital or they’re team!!!

I went to East side the other day for two issues. 1 heavy menstrual bleeding to see if i was bleeding tok much after childbirth and 2 for severe debilitating back pain. They looked at the bleeding and totally ignored my back. Fast forward my back gets worse. I go to a different ER for it. Low and behold I need to have my gallbladder out. What would have happened if I didn't get a second opinion? Nothing good. And for a mom with a 6 year old and a newborn that is unacceptable. Period.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday in the ER...as much as you can considering I felt so bad. The ER doctor (Matt Goldstein MD,FACEP...Medical Director) and staff were so professional and caring. My husband had a great experience also ...back in December...when he learned he had diabetes...after passing out several times. No waiting to go back both times. Thank you Eastside...now to feel better.

I love the nurses. My emergency nurse was kind and very helpful. But that young doctor l had..... I had a migraine and he gave me Tylenol. I could of took that at home. So left there with the same migraine. Went to Northside hospital and got the medication they give you for migraines. And they gave me pain prescription for further pain. What?
