Their billing is poor to say the least. I never received anything telling me how much I owed for my visit until after 3 months. During those three months I received 2 letters. One telling me to see if I qualified for financial assistance, and one telling me that I missed my window to apply for financial assistance. All that without ever knowing how much I owed. 0/10 I would not recommend dying here.
I came in with serve lower back pain and chest pain and I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for 7 hrs and still nothing. Seem like over 25 people as well has been waiting for hours. Worst service I’ve had thus far don’t think I’ll be back

I am forever grateful and thankful to the staff here.I'm a 1st time mom and they treated me with so much respect. Every nurse Jo,Joy,Shannon,Anna,Brenda just to name a few. All my doctors every person that came in contract with me thank you so very much. I could not have brought my miracle in this works without you.
Awful ER etiquette. Staff members were unprofessional and careless. Before a doctor even came to diagnose anything, a young lady came by trying to pull me away for a CT. I didn't even know why I needed one. At the very least, a doctor should have come by and spoke to me first. A hospital should review patients insurance prior to demanding unnecessary scans and testing.
Haven’t lived in GA too long but have visited 3 hospitals so far. This has been the only one that has shown true concern about my moms health. Everyone is very caring and professional and everything is so clean. I really recommend this hospital. Not sure why it doesn’t have better reviews but for me is one of the best.
Night staff is awesome! Shout out Ashley!!! Great with all ages! So respectful and caring. I slept in my room Moms room all night. At 12:00 a.n. I heard singing on the ward. An elderly patient in the next room with dementia that was not responding to traditional sleeping pills and treatment was having a lullaby sung to her by six staff members. It was a beautiful thing! Our nurse said they do whatever they have to do - that its part of the job! thank you Eastside!
My mother was there overnight in January after a day surgery procedure. Very pleased with all levels of care from day surgery to joint and spine unit. Very organized and friendly. Thanks to all involved.
East side medical facility overcharge patients. Please check your bill. They will charge you for items that you did not authorize. I am fighting them over charging me for a private room which I did not approve. Watch yourbbill because they have semi-private rooms and private rooms which they do not tell you about. My insurance company could not get this resolved because no one would return their call or mine. BAlso, after leaving the hospital and going to a specialist they combined my personal information with another client... read more
